Karl Richard Tschon
Karl Richard Tschon (born December 9, 1923 in Teplitz-Schönau ; † February 28, 1993 in Munich ) was a German commercial clerk, later a composer, and since 1945 freelance writer in Munich.
Life
Tschon has written more than 30 radio plays since 1951 ( Antrobus dies ) , mainly crime novels.
Especially in his multi-part crime plays, Tschon followed the tradition of the very successful works of Francis Durbridge at the time . For example, WAZ Essen wrote in 1971 about its three-part PAT: "This thriller combines all the ingredients of the English scary kitchen: a mysterious milieu, dry joke, a number of suspects and a puzzling murder at the beginning."
In addition, Tschon edited Anglo-American material for the radio and was also able to use a number of his own material as reworks and new productions for various broadcasters.
The grave site at the Obermenzing forest cemetery is designated 25-3-0142 (grave field - row - grave number).
