Curt Goetz-Pflug (born March 3, 1919 in Berlin ; † 1967 ) was a German director and screenwriter .

Life

Curt Goetz-Pflug graduated from secondary school and then received training at the drama school of the German Theater in Berlin. After military service and captivity, he worked as assistant director to Otto Kurth , RA Stemmle , Boleslaw Barlog and Willi Schmidt . From 1951 to 1954 he acted as the provisional head of the radio play department at the Northwest German Broadcasting Corporation (NWDR) in Berlin and in 1954 became director of the radio play department of the broadcaster Free Berlin and NWDR television in Hamburg . He also took part in guest productions in the stands in Berlin.
