Karl von Unruh (politician)

Karl Friedrich Stephan von Unruh (born January 24, 1845 at Gut Neuhof, Greifenberg district , Pomerania ; † April 4, 1898 in Köslin ) was a German judge and politician .

Life

He came from a well originally in francs local family and was the son of Stephan von Unruh (1809-1876), manager of the Remontedepots Neuhof and Suckowshof, and his first wife Johanna Gleß (1824-1859). Unruh studied law at the University of Breslau . During his studies he became a member of the Corps Silesia Breslau in 1866 . He later moved to the University of Greifswald , where he became a member of the Corps Borussia Greifswald .

After graduating, he became a royal Prussian district judge .

From 1883 to 1898 von Unruh was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency Köslin 4 (Köslin - Kollberg-Körlin - Bublitz) .

Unruh married on October 5, 1877 in Köslin Helene von Hellermann (born February 22, 1853 at Gut Zeblin, Bublitz district ; † January 4, 1921 in Jauer ), the daughter of the royal Prussian captain a. D. Friedrich von Hellermann, councilor and district deputy as well as landlord on Zeblin and Viverow, and Berta von Manteuffel.
