Karlo Letica [ kâːrlo lětitsa ] (born February 11, 1997 in Split ) is a Croatian football goalkeeper . He has been under contract with the Belgian first division club FC Bruges since 2018 and is currently on loan to the Italian club SPAL Ferrara .

Letica played for NK Omiš in his youth , before moving to the academy of HNK Hajduk Split in 2008 . In the senior division, he was then awarded to various clubs until he made his debut for Split in the Croatian first division on August 11, 2017 . In the home game against NK Istra in 1961 , as a goalkeeper, he even managed a header to the 3-2 win in stoppage time.
In July 2018 he then moved to the Belgian top club FC Bruges for a transfer fee of 3 million euros . In his first competitive game, he immediately won the Belgian Super Cup with a 2-1 win over Standard Liège . In the 2018/19 season he was without a job from November 2018. In mid-August 2019, Letica was awarded to SPAL Ferrara in the Italian Serie A for a year with a subsequent purchase option . Until the season was interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, he was not on the pitch at any game there either.
National team
The goalkeeper played 14 times for Croatia's U-19s and made his debut in the U-21s on September 4, 2017 in a friendly against Austria (0-0) in Hartberg . He came on as a substitute for Adrian Šemper at half time. It was his only assignment for the team so far.
