The Karlsbader Hütte is an alpine club hut of the Karlsbad section (based in Tirschenreuth ) of the German Alpine Club at an altitude of 2260  m above sea level. A. above the Laserzsee .

history

In 1886, on the initiative of Franz Mittelbach, businessman Jakob, paper merchant Perlik, secondary school teacher Eduard Kittel and the Teplitz commercial councilor Reginald Czermak, the Leitmeritz Alpine Association was founded. The Leitmeritzer Hut was built between 1887 and 1888 by the Leitmeritzer Alpine Club. It was inaugurated on August 31, 1888. Later in 1902 the Karlsbad Section under Karl Schöttner acquired it and renamed it to Karlsbader Hütte after the renovation .

A previously existing winter room with a total of 8 beds has been closed since 2011.
