Karlsdorf is a village in the Lower Austrian market town of Pernersdorf with 130 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020).

Karlsdorf is located northeast of the village of Pernersdorf in the Pulkau valley and is 231  m above sea level. A. The village was built in 1792 as a planned settlement for workers by Prince Karl Auersperg (owner of the Kaya-Niederfladnitz rule) and named Karlsdorf after its founder . In 1833 the village had 101 houses with 600 inhabitants.
