Dealer
Dealer ( Engl. Dealer ) refers to that player in a game of cards , deals the cards (enter). The choice of the dealer and the deal itself are governed by the rules of the game in most games , but the basic principles are the same in most card games.
Choice of the dealer
The dealer is drawn or chosen for most games. A dice or a pack of cards is usually used for drawing lots. When drawing with the card pack, each player draws a card from the pack and the player with the highest card is the first dealer. In the case of a classic Skat hand, the order of the card values ace, king, queen, jack, 10, 9, 8, 7. applies to cards of the same value in the order of clubs

After a game, the function of the dealer is passed on to the next player clockwise, i.e. to the player to the left of the current dealer.
Dealing
Cards are dealt individually according to the rules of the game. The dealer shuffles the cards and then leaves the packing of the players on his right stand , at least three cards from the pack must put aside. The dealer then puts the remaining pile on the removed pile and deals the cards to the other players.
In most games, the cards move clockwise starting with the player on the dealer's left after the dealer . The dealer always issues the cards face down, i.e. with the back of the card facing up. The card rules determine the number of cards per player and sometimes also whether the cards are given individually or in defined packs. In Skat, for example, the cards are dealt in a defined order: First, each player receives three cards, then the two-card skat is set aside and then the players first receive two and then three cards each.
If the cards are awarded in the wrong order or if individual cards are inadvertently shown face up, the dealer must shuffle again, withdraw and redistribute.
Functions of the dealer in individual games
In Bridge , the dealer opened the stimuli . In poker , the dealer directs the game. In blackjack , the dealer plays on behalf of the casino against the players.
When Skatspiel the dealer plays in the hindquarters and takes over in this position as "reciters" the stimuli when the player of the metacarpal or forehand gets out.
