Katayama Toshiichi ( Japanese 片 山 敏 一 ; * June 5, 1913 ) is a former Japanese figure skater who started in a single run .

Katayama was the Japanese Master in 1933-1935 and 1937-1938 . At the international level, he only appeared in the 1936 Olympic year. At the European Championship , where non-Europeans were still allowed, he finished seventh. At the World Championships , he finished 13th and at the Olympic Games in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 15th.
