Fumio Igarashi
Fumio Igarashi ( Japanese 五十 嵐 文 男 , Igarashi Fumio ; born November 6, 1958 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a former Japanese figure skater who started in a single run .
The four-time Japanese champion took part in all world championships from 1978 to 1982 . He always achieved single-digit placements. His best result was fourth place at the 1981 World Cup in Hartford . Igarashi represented Japan at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid , finishing them in ninth place.
