Katharine Eustace (born April 16, 1975 ) is a New Zealand skeleton athlete .

Katharine Eustace started skeleton in 2006 at the age of 31 and has been part of her country's national team ever since. She made her international debut in 2007 in Igls in a race of the European Skeleton Cup and was 19th there. In her next race she finished tenth in the top ten in Königssee . In the same season she started in Park City for the first time in the Skeleton America's Cup and was ninth in her first race. The following season , Eustace came eighth overall in the America's Cup. Even in the season the New Zealander joined the Skeleton Intercontinental and ninth overall in the standings. In Cesana Pariol , she achieved a single-digit position early on, finishing fifth. Also in the 2009/10 season she placed well in the Intercontinental Cup and even finished fifth in the overall ranking. In the European Cup of the season , Eustace achieved third place in Igls behind Michelle Bartleman and Jessica Kilian and thus a first podium finish in an international race. In the third race of the season of the Skeleton America's Cup 2010/11 Calgary she only had to admit defeat to Lanette Prediger . The debut in the Skeleton World Cup followed . Also in Calgary , she reached a good eleventh place in her first race. At the 2011 World Championships in Königssee , she reached 14th place.
