Katja Ebbinghaus , née Burgemeister (born July 1, 1948 ), is a former German tennis player .

Career

1974 Ebbinghaus stood at the side of Gail Sherriff in the final of the French Open . They lost the final in women's doubles against the pairing Chris Evert / Olga Morosowa with 4: 6, 6: 2, 1: 6. She did not want to win a tournament on the professional tour.

Between 1970 and 1979 she played 26 games in the Federation Cup , in which she scored 19 wins for the German team.

Personal

She was married to Dieter Ebbinghaus, from whom she divorced in 1974.
