Katjana Gerz
Katjana Alexa Gerz (born June 30, 1985 in Hamburg ) is a German - American actress .
life and career
Gerz began in 1997 at the age of twelve to take acting classes for teenagers in Santa Fe , New Mexico . From 2001 through 2005, she attended St. Michael's High School in Santa Fe. In Germany she took acting courses from 2000 to 2005 at the private drama school Tiziani-Roth in Rhineland-Palatinate . From 2007 to 2010 he studied acting at the State University for Film and Television Potsdam - Babelsberg . In addition to the stages in Potsdam, she played in Berlin at the Maxim-Gorki-Theater and at the Hebbel am Ufer Theater . Katjana Gerz made her film debut in 2009 in the feature film Must Love Death directed by Andreas Schaap . In the following years she played in college films and short films. After graduating, she appeared in several television productions. From October 2016 to December 2017 she published together with Florentin Will Sketche on the YouTube channel Gute Arbeit Originals , which was operated by the public radio network.
Katjana Gerz grew up bilingual and speaks English as her mother tongue and fluent German .
