Kazimierz Urbaniak (born February 21, 1965 ) is a former Polish biathlete .
Kazimierz Urbaniak played the first part of his career in the second half of the 1980s in winter biathlon. He competed regularly in the biathlon world cup and was able to achieve the points several times. At the Biathlon World Championships in 1986 at Holmenkollen in Oslo , he was 33rd of the sprint race and with Mieczysław Bodziana , Tadeusz Kubiniec and Władysław Chyc-Mulik 13 in the relay competition. A year later he finished 34th in the individual and 50th in the sprint in Lake Placid at the World Championships. After an almost ten-year break, further international assignments followed at the 1998 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Osrblie , where he won the bronze medal in the relay race alongside Grzegorz Grzywa , Tomasz Sikora and Wojciech Kozub behind the representatives from Russia and Ukraine. In 1987 he won both Polish championship titles in individual and sprint.
