Kazimierz Laskowski (born November 7, 1899 in Troitsk , Russian Empire , † October 20, 1961 in Warsaw ) was a Polish sword fencer .
Life
Kazimierz Laskowski was part of the Polish team at the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam , which finished the final round in third place behind Italy and Hungary . Together with Aleksander Małecki , Tadeusz Friedrich , Adam Papée , Władysław Segda and Jerzy Zabielski , he received the bronze medal. He was Polish champion three times. In addition to fencing, he was also active and successful nationally as a boxer .
Laskowski was an officer in the Polish army and fought in the First and Second World Wars . In the latter he was taken prisoner of war until the end of the war.
