Aleksander Antoni Włodzimierz Małecki (born September 4, 1901 in Zarubińce , † September 1939 in Września ) was a Polish saber fencer .

Life

Aleksander Małecki was part of the Polish team at the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam , which finished the final round in third place behind Italy and Hungary . Together with Kazimierz Laskowski , Tadeusz Friedrich , Adam Papée , Władysław Segda and Jerzy Zabielski , he received the bronze medal.

Małecki was a member of the Polish army during the attack on Poland . He probably died after September 17, 1939 while trying to fly to Hungary.
