The Kelley Massif is a rugged, 1700 m high and 16 km long massif near the Black Coast in Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It looms west of the Eland Mountains on the southern flank of the Clifford Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the massif in 1976 after Hugh A. Kelley, United States Navy's director of support for Operation Deep Freeze in 1968 and 1969.
