Ken Robinson (Author)
Sir Ken Robinson (born March 4, 1950 in Liverpool - † August 21, 2020 ) was a British author and an internationally respected consultant in social development (creativity and education).
He has worked with national governments and non-governmental organizations in Europe and Asia (including Royal Shakespeare Company , Sir Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts , Royal Ballet , Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts , European Commission , UNESCO , Council of Europe , J. Paul Getty Trust , Education Commission of the States ).
From 1989 to 2001 he was an art professor at the University of Warwick .
In June 2003 he was beaten by Queen Elizabeth II for his services to the Knight Bachelor ("Sir").
In 2011 he received the Lego Prize, endowed with US $ 100,000 .
