Kenny Noyes (born June 19, 1978 in Barcelona , Spain ) is an American motorcycle racer .

Career

Although born on the same day (June 19) as the motorcycle world champions Kevin Schwantz and Chris Vermeulen , Kenny Noyes did not enter the motorcycle world championship until he was over 30 . But already in his third race he clinched his first pole position here , and his career path shows why. Because already at the age of 17 he got professionally into motorcycling: he drove dirt track races and became US champion in 2000. Having practiced on greasy ground conditions, he then switched to street motorcycle racing and moved to Europe . That dirt track racing is a good school, showed in winning the Spanish Super Stock championship in 2003 and the Spanish Endurance Championship two years later. In 2008 and 2009 he was fourth in the Spanish Formula Extreme, which drives with 1000 cc machines, which was a good preparation for a place in the Moto2 class of the motorcycle world championship. He has been there on a Promoharris since 2010 .
