Kenneth Scott "Kenny" Rogers (born November 10, 1964 in Savannah , Georgia ) is a former American pitcher in Major League Baseball .

He played in the Major League since 1989, including the New York Yankees , the Oakland Athletics and many years with the Texas Rangers and finally with the Detroit Tigers . He was famous for his pick-offs and with 93 pick-offs he is 2nd in the all-time ranking of this statistic in the MLB.

On 28 July 1994 Rogers threw in 14th player ever a perfect game for Texas against the California Angels , also include within five won Gold Gloves and 200 won games to its services.
