Kewet Industri was a Danish manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Knud Erik Westergaard founded the company in Hadsund in 1991 and began producing automobiles. Production in Denmark ended in 1998 when the company went bankrupt . Kollega Bil AS from Oslo took over the construction rights and founded Elbil Norge AS for further production . This company used the established brand name until 2005.

vehicles

The company manufactured mini cars with electric motors. The only model was the Kewet EL Jet .
