El-Trans AS was a Danish manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Randers company started producing automobiles in 1987 under the direction of Steen V. Jensen. The brand name was initially Mini-El , later City-El . Production in Denmark ended in 1995. CityCom Elektromobile GmbH from Aub took over the production facilities. It later became Smiles AG .

The only model was the Mini-El , later renamed City-El . This was a small car with an electric motor .
