The company employs around 2,000 people in customer service and telephone sales . Clients are u. a. the German Telekom , Vodafone Cable Germany , Vorwerk , 1 & 1 or MyHammer .

history

KiKxxl was founded in 1999 by Andreas Kremer. Started in a small office with two people, KiKxxl GmbH quickly developed into an important company in the call center industry. Due to the increasing demands of the market, the company expanded its services. Initially as a pure call center with classic inbound and outbound services, the company developed into a contact center with all communication channels, from telephone and SMS , via chat and social media , to the Internet and e-mail .

Sponsorship

KiKxxl gave its name to the short-term Kikxxlarena basketball sports hall in Osnabrück. The company is currently the shirt sponsor of the third division soccer club SV Meppen , and KiKxxl managing director Kremer is the board spokesman for the Meppen sports club.

Locations

The company's headquarters are in Osnabrück. Since 2008, further branches have been opened in Bremen , Dortmund , Bochum , Recklinghausen and Pristina .

Awards

In 2014 KiKxxl GmbH was awarded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and is one of the “Companies with a vision 2014”. As part of the federal program “Perspective 50plus - Employment Pacts for the Elderly in the Regions”, awards were given to companies that are particularly successful in making workplaces appropriate for the elderly.

In 2013, KiKxxl GmbH received the special award for special commitment “Top Job: Focus Women” in the category “more than 500 employees” for promoting female executives in relation to equal opportunities , appreciation and “life-domain balance” (work and family) ".

In 2013, KiKxxl GmbH received 3rd place in the “Top Job: Employer of the Year” competition in the size category of over 500 employees, making it the best contact center in the competition.

In November 2011, the Call Center Association Germany presented KiKxxl GmbH with the " Quality Award 2011 ". KiKxxl GmbH takes 1st place in the industry ranking in the "Employee Orientation" category.

In 2017 and 2019, the company won the "Top Job" competition again and took first place.
