Kiebitzgrund was a short-lived community in the eastern Hessian district of Hünfeld . Today its former area belongs to the municipality of Burghaun in the Fulda district .

history

On October 1, 1971, in the run-up to the regional reform in Hesse, the previously independent communities of Großenmoor , Hechelmannskirchen , Langenschwarz and Schlotzau were dissolved and merged into the new community of Kiebitzgrund.

On August 1, 1972, the municipality of Kiebitzgrund was dissolved with the final regional reorganization law for territorial reform and incorporated into the municipality of Burghaun.
