Kill Buljo (2007) is a Norwegian parody of the film Kill Bill 1 and Kill Bill 2 directed by Quentin Tarantino . The film is set in the Norwegian county of Finnmark and tells the story of Jompa Tormann's hunt for Tampa and Papa Buljo. He mocks the cliché about the Norwegian Sami (also called pejorative rags). In Germany, the film is also sold under the titles Massacre - The True Face and Wood Massacre - The Avenger .
action
Jompa Tormann is rather reluctant to get married. As the family gathers for traditional engagement coffee in the community center of Kautokeino , all hell breaks loose when the "Fatal Sami Assassination Squad", consisting of Tampa Buljo, Crazy Beibifeit, Dr. Kjell Driver and Bud Light, shoot the whole wedding party and apparently no one is leaving the community center alive.
But one does exactly that, otherwise there would be no story to tell: Jompa miraculously survives and falls into a deep coma. This case is assigned to the seed- and women-hating police inspector Sid Wisløff and his assistant Unni Formen. Wisløff believes that Jompa Tormann killed the guests and completed the deed by shooting himself four times in the skull to cover up his guilt.
A few weeks later, Jompa wakes up and first has to properly empty his bladder. Then he wants to take revenge on the members of the "Deadly Sami Assassination Squad". From now on, Jompa takes over the matter himself and takes care of all the members of the assassination squad one after the other, with Sid Wisløff and Unni Formen, supported by the Sami tracker Peggy Mathilassi, on his heels to bring him behind bars.
Others
The cost of production was only $ 150,000. According to the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet , Quentin Tarantino said in 2007 after watching the trailer that he was looking forward to seeing the film.
