Killer Expendables is a low budget - thriller from 2010 by Douglas S. Young Love.

The teenager Owen Whitmore suffers from severe insomnia, which is why he mostly sleepwalked. He dreams of people being tortured and killed in a dark place. Owen is currently in therapeutic treatment with Dr. Ramos. His parents, Leona and Walter Whitmore are very worried about him. As Owen's nightmares get worse, Dr. Ramos, Dr. Consult Jonas Julien, a specialist in dream analysis and sleep disorders.
Meanwhile, several people protest outside Townsend State Prison, where the dangerous serial killer Dr. Eugene "Mean Gene" Branch is about to be executed. He performed medical experiments on his victims and sadistically killed them; just like in Owen's dreams. Marcia Freeman, an employee of Dr. Ramos Psychiatry , found dead just like in Owen's dream. Has his sleepwalking become real, or is a potentially much more dangerous killer up to mischief?
