Kim Hyang-gi (born August 9, 2000 in Yongin , South Korea ) is a South Korean actress .
She began her career as a child actress at the age of six. In 2014 she played a central role in the film Thread of Lies . 2017 and 2018 she played a starring role in the fantasy - blockbusters alongwith the Gods 1 and 2 .
2018 she played the lead role in the film Youngjoo of Cha Sung-duk , which premiered at the International Film Festival in Busan celebrated the 2018th Youngjoo loses her parents in a car accident and so has to be self- sufficient at an early age to support herself and her brother. The situation worsens when she receives no support from her relatives and her brother is arrested. Youngjoo decides to see the person responsible for her parents' deaths. But she hesitates to say who she is. Instead, she works in their restaurant.
