Kim Wan-ki
Kim Wan-ki ( kor. 김완기 ; born July 8, 1968 ) is a former South Korean marathon runner .
In 1990 he won the Dong A Marathon and in 1991 the Chuncheon Marathon and set a national record with 2:11:34 h and 2:11:02 h. In 1992 he qualified second in the Dong-A marathon for the Olympic Games in Barcelona , where he finished in 28th place. In the fall he finished third in the New York City Marathon .
In 1993 he won again at the Dong-A-Marathon, in 1994 he set his third national record in second place in the same race with 2:08:34 h. In 1995 he was twelfth in the Boston Marathon and third in Chuncheon. In 1996 he was nominated for the Olympic Games in Atlanta after a fourth place in the Dong-A Marathon , but did not reach the goal there.
