Children's and young people's literature award of the State of Styria
The children's and youth literature prize of the province of Styria is awarded every two years by the province of Styria for top performance in the field of children's and youth literature .
German-language manuscripts that have not yet been published will be awarded. The main prize is endowed with 7,400 euros, the special picture book prize with 3,700 euros. The award ceremony took place until 2010 following the opening of the Bookolino book fair. Since 2012, the prize has been awarded at the autumn conference of the Reading Center Styria in November.
