Kirby and the Magic Yarn ( Japanese original title: 毛 糸 の カ ー ビ ィ , Hepburn : Keito no Kābī , about "Kirby made of wool") is a side-scrolling platforming video game developed by the development studios Good-Feel and HAL Laboratory was developed for the Japanese console manufacturer Nintendo . It was initially launched in Japan and North America for the Wii game console in October 2010, and finally in Europe in February 2011. It is the tenth main part of the Kirby video game series and the first offshoot for a home console since the Kirby Air Ride game, which was released in 2003 . On March 8, 2019, a remake called Kirby and the extra magical yarn was released for the Nintendo 3DS .

action

While Kirby is walking through Dream Land, he comes across a fluffy tomato . He decides to eat it and finds himself in a completely unknown world. Everything around him is made of yarn . On his adventure, he meets a boy who is being chased by a monster and bails him out. It turns out that the boy is Prince Plüsch, heir to the throne of Stoffland. This tells Kirby about Grimmgarn, an evil wizard who divided the country into seven pieces of cloth and accidentally brought Kirby into this country. Kirby eventually goes in search of Grimmgarn to patch the land back together.
