The steeple of the old church of St. Nicholas in Dietwiller , a French commune with the Haut-Rhin department in the Grand Est region , was built around 1200 and changed in 1493. The Gothic church tower on Rue de l'Eglise was added to the list of listed buildings ( Base Mérimée ) in France in 1937 as Monument historique .

The choir tower of the demolished parish church , which is owned by the community, is now used as a cemetery chapel. Originally, the church tower, also known as observation and defense tower that was used east nave and west of the sacristy grown.
