Kjersti Isaksen (born July 8, 1986 ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

Kjersti Isaksen had her first international appearances in 2005 at the Junior World Championships in summer biathlon in Muonio , Finland , without achieving any results there. Two years later she started at the Junior World Championships in Martell . There Isaksen's best result in an individual race was 16th in the individual, but she was able to win bronze in the relay race with Julie Bonnevie-Svendsen and Vilde Ravnsborg Gurigard . The 2007/08 season brought the first appearances in the European Biathlon Cup . Her first race was a sprint in Geilo , where she finished 35th. In the following pursuit she won her first points in 29th place. The best result in a pure European Cup individual race is a sixth place in the pursuit of Torsby so far . With the Norwegian relay she was able to reach a podium in Osrblie as third place. But Isaksen's greatest success was winning the silver medal behind Natalja Levtschenkowa at the 2008 European Biathlon Championships in Nové Město . In 2009 Kjersti Isaksen made her debut in the World Cup in Ruhpolding. She finished 66th in the sprint.
