The kkStB 95 was a tank locomotive series of the kk state railways of Austria , whose locomotives originally came from the Lemberg-Chernivtsi-Jassy Railway (LCJE) and the Galician Carl Ludwig Railway (CLB).

The Lemberg-Chernivtsi-Jassy Railway procured four locomotives of this type in 1865 and classified them as series  IIIa with the numbers 101-104. The 103 and 104 were sold to the Archduke Albrecht-Bahn (EAB) in 1874 . The 104 came to kkStB in 1880 as part of the nationalization of the EAB as  9501 . The remaining LCJE machines were designated from 1889 by the kkStB as  9502–9503 .

The Galician Carl Ludwig-Bahn procured these two local railway machines in 1884 from the StEG locomotive factory . They have been classified as Row  V with numbers 201-202. After the nationalization of the CLB in 1892, the kkStB designated the machines as  95.11-12 .

Neither of the two machines survived the First World War .
