Klaudia Chowaniec (born August 14, 1991 ) is a Polish natural track tobogganist . She became Polish Champion in 2008 and has so far competed in three World Cup races .

Career

After she had already started in the Intercontinental Cup, Klaudia Chowaniec took part in her only race in the World Cup in 2006/2007 . With 17th place in Longiarü and 17th and 16th place in Moos in Passeier , however, she only achieved placements among the last four, as well as in the overall World Cup, where she was 18th out of 21 tobogganers - tied with the Italian Tamara Schwarz . In 2007 she also took part in the European Junior Championships in St. Sebastian , but here, too, she did not achieve any better results and was 16th out of 19 women toboggan that started. In the next two years she took part in races in the Intercontinental Cup and in 2008 also in the Junior World Championship in Latsch , where she finished 14th out of 17 participants. Two intercontinental cup races in January 2009 were her last international competitions so far.

At the national level, Klaudia Chowaniec is still active and in February 2010 she finished second at the Polish Championships behind Wioletta Ryś . She had achieved her greatest success two years earlier when she was Polish champion in December 2008 in Latsch , Italy, ahead of Natalia Waniczek and Wioletta Ryś .
