Klaus Haese
Klaus Haese (* 1935 in Höhendorf near Stettin ) is a German art historian . From 1960 to 1992 he worked at the Ernst Moritz Arndt University in Greifswald . His doctorate took place in 1967, his habilitation in 1979. He later became professor of art history at the Caspar David Friedrich Institute . The focus of his work was on art and architecture of the 19th and 20th centuries. Most recently, he dealt with topics from the regional art history of Western Pomerania .
