Klaus Middendorf

Klaus Middendorf (born June 28, 1944 in Iserlohn ; † February 17, 2017 ) was a German literary agent and writer .

Life

After an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, Klaus Middendorf completed further training as a bookseller . In 1986 he founded the "Literaturbetreuung Klaus Middendorf", a literature agency with proofreading service that mainly looks after German-speaking fiction authors. Middendorf lived in the Swabian town of Graben .

In addition to his work as a literary agent , Klaus Middendorf wrote novels , plays and radio plays . He was a member of the Association of German Writers and the Association of Independent Lecturers .
