The highly indebted Parisian department store "Les Grandes Galéries" has a new manager, namely Mr. Lepetit. He has unconventional plans for his business and wants to increase the motivation of his employees first. He succeeds in doing this by forming a team from his workforce and organizing joint activities such as bungee jumping . Lepetit's plan works, but the moment the "Grandes Galéries" appear to be saved from bankruptcy, they are sold to another investor.
