Promotion opportunities

The normal route to the Kleinschober starts at the Lienzer Hütte . From here you first follow the Franz-Keil-Weg to the northwest into the Gartl and then briefly follow the path towards Schobertörl. The rest of the way leads without a climb into the east-facing cirque and flanks to the saddle between Hoch- and Kleinschober. From the saddle, the Kleinschober can be reached easily via a block-laden back. Another possibility is the ascent from the Ralftal and the Schobertörl. However, crossing the Kleinschobers from the Schobertörl over the northeast ridge is more difficult ( I-II ).
