Knicksiek

The Knicksiek is a nature reserve in the city of Bad Oeynhausen . It is around 4.3  hectares and is listed under the designation MI-054.

The area is north of the Volmerdingsen district on the southern slope of the Wiehengebirge .

The Knicksiek is a particularly diverse structured screening system in the Minden-Lübbecke district . The protection should serve to maintain and restore this biotope complex . The habitat is a Orchideenwiese , the reeds reeds and natural trees a refuge for a large number of rare and endangered animal and plant species.
