The Kohe Shakawr (also Shakawr or Shakhaur ) is a mountain in the Hindu Kush .

The 7084 m (according to other sources 7116 m ) high mountain is located in the main Hindu Kush ridge on the border between the southern Pakistani province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Afghan province of Badachschan in the north.
Ascent history
The summit was first climbed on August 17, 1964 by the two Austrians Rudolph Pischinger and Gerald Gruber via the southwest face. The Kohe Shakawr has now been climbed on different routes. The Kohe Shakawr is connected to Udren Zom , 2 km further south, via a saddle 6,360 m high. The Roshgol Glacier flows on its southeast flank , while the Atrak Glacier extends on its southwest flank .
