The Kohe Tez (also Koh-e-Tez or Koh-i-Tez ) is a mountain in the Hindu Kush .
location
The 6995 m (according to other sources 7015 m ) high Kohe Tez is located in the main Hindu Kush ridge on the Pakistani-Afghan border. The 7,017 m high Akher Tsagh is located 2.14 km east-northeast of Kohe Tez. A 6390 m high saddle separates the two mountains. To the west, the ridge leads to Kohe Urgunt ( 7038 m ), 4.23 km away . In between there is the reference slit at an altitude of 6510 m . The nutrient zone of the Kotgaz Glacier is located on the northeast flank of Kohe Tez .
Ascent history
A Polish expedition (Jerzy Krajski, Kazimierz Olech, Adam Pąchalski and Marian Bała) managed to climb the summit for the first time on August 28, 1962 .
