The Kohlseifen (GKZ: 27611112) is a 1.2 km long, orographically left tributary of the Ruhr in Winterberg , North Rhine-Westphalia , Germany .
geography
The stream rises on the northeast flank of the Dumel north of the Winterberg core town. The source is at an altitude of about 674 m above sea level. NHN . From here the stream flows mainly in northerly directions and flows after a stretch of river of 1.2 km northwest of the Ruhrkopf at 626 m above sea level. NHN on the left into the still young Ruhr , which to this point has only covered a river stretch of 1.0 km.
With a height difference of 48 meters, the mean bottom slope of Kohlseifen is 57.6 ‰. The 0.882 km² catchment area is drained to the North Sea via the Ruhr and Rhine.
