history

The company was founded in 1958 by lawyer Pierre Koller (1924–2019) as "Galerie Koller AG". Since 2008 the company has been run under the name of "Koller Auctions AG" in order to emphasize the auctions as the main company service. The auction house is family-owned and is now run in the second generation by Cyril Koller.

In addition to its headquarters in Zurich and the “Koller Genève” branch in Geneva , the company has eight representative offices in Munich , Düsseldorf , London , Paris , Brussels , Moscow , Shanghai and Beijing . Auctions of objects in the lower price segment take place parallel to the auctions in Zurich under the label "Koller West" in separate rooms.

Koller is a member of the “International Auctioneers”, an association of eight auction houses with joint publication.
