Kollnbrunn is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Bad Pirawarth municipality in the Gänserndorf district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were 8 local areas with 338 building areas on a total of 84137 m² and 124 gardens on 64383 m² in the cadastral community, in 1989/1990 there were also 338 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 426. In 2009/2010 there were 428 buildings on 813 construction areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 5889 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980, 995 hectares were cultivated and 107 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 5625 hectares, 956 hectares were cultivated with vines and 197 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 5293 hectares were used as agricultural land, wine was expanded to 720 hectares and forestry was carried out on 327 hectares.
