The Kolwa ( Russian Ко́лва ) is a right tributary of the Wischera in the river system of the Kama in the Perm region in the European part of Russia .
The Kolwa rises on Kolwinski Kamen in the Northern Urals . It flows first in a predominantly westerly direction, then later turns south. Not far from its confluence with the Wischera is the small town of Cherdyn on the right bank of the river. The largest tributaries of the Kolva are Berezovaya from the left and Wischerka from the right. The Kolwa has a length of 460 km and drains an area of 13,500 km². It is covered with ice between the beginning of November and the end of April.
