Commanding general of the German Air Force in Norway

The commanding general of the German Air Force in Norway was a senior position in the German Air Force during World War II .

The forerunner agency was set up in Oslo in mid-April 1940 as (Feld-) Luftgau-Kommando Norway from Luftgaustab zbV 300 and subordinated to Luftflotte 5 .

The budgeting of the commanding general of the German Air Force in Norway , based in Oslo, took place on September 15, 1944 from the staff of the dissolved Air Fleet 5 and the (field) Luftgau Command Norway . The former chief of Luftflotte 5, Josef Kammhuber , became the first commanding general of the German Air Force in Norway .

This agency awarded the honorary badge of the Air District Command Norway .
