Konrad Krauss (born May 30, 1938 in Wilhelmshaven ) is a German actor .

Life

Konrad Krauss studied acting and music at the State University for Music in Hamburg . In 1960 he played the angel Raphael in the famous Faust film with Gustaf Gründgens . For years he was on various theater stages and had appearances in television productions such as Tatort , Peter Strohm , Großstadtrevier or Schwarz Rot Gold . In addition, he was heard in 1982 as a speaker in an episode of the radio play series TKKG ( Ufos in Bad Finkenstein ). Since the first episode, from January 2, 1995, Konrad Krauss was a permanent member of the ARD soap opera Verbotene Liebe in the role of building contractor Arno Brandner. In May 2014 he can be seen in the forbidden love web series The Longest Night of Königsbrunn .

His colleague Uwe Friedrichsen , with whom he had already stood in front of the camera in earlier years, made a guest appearance in December 2006 and helped Krauss' series role to gain new courage.

Occasionally Krauss also works as a radio play and voice actor. In 2012, Krauss left the series Forbidden Love after 4,140 episodes .

Konrad Krauss was married to the actress Elke Reissert and has one son. Krauss has lived in Cologne with his second wife, the actress Sibylle Bertsch, since 1995.
