Konrad Nötel

Friedrich Konrad Nötel , also Konrad Noetel (born November 26, 1830 in Posen , † December 24, 1902 in Leipzig ) was a German judge .

Life

Nötel studied law in Bonn and Heidelberg, among others. He was sworn in in 1852. In 1858 he was appointed district judge in Wreschen . In 1867 he was promoted to the district judge and transferred as director to the district court in Sangerhausen. In 1879 he became president of the regional court in Aurich / Ostfriesland. In 1884 he was appointed to the Imperial Court. He was active in the 4th Criminal Senate and in the 4th Civil Senate . He died in office in 1902.

family

His father Gustav Friedrich Nötel (1800–1870) was president of the court of appeal in Arnsberg. The social politician and canon lawyer Heinrich Noetel (1861-1946) was his son. The composer Konrad Friedrich Noetel (1903–1947) was his grandson.
