Jaan Koolmeister (born June 2, 1992 ) is an Estonian biathlete .
Jaan Koolmeister has participated in four Biathlon Junior World Championships in Torsby since 2010 . He achieved his best results in 2012 in Kontiolahti and in 2013 in Obertilliach with places 29 and 28 in the individual races. In 2012 and 2013 he also took part in the junior races of the Biathlon European Championships in Osrblie and Bansko , without placing in the top 30.
Koolmeister's first men's championship was at the 2013 Summer Biathlon European Championships in Haanja , where he finished 28th in the sprint and 25th in the pursuit.
