Kostelní vrch (German: Kirchberg ) is a hill in northern Bohemia east of the town of Waldsassen . The summit is located at 544  m nm in the middle of the Hrozňatovská pahorkatina (German roughly: Kinsberger Hügelland ) in the geomorphological main unit Smrčiny (Fichtel Mountains) according to the Czech system, which extends somewhat beyond the area commonly known as the Fichtel Mountains .

Kostelní vrch is the highest point of the Hrozňatovská pahorkatina in the Czech part of the Naab-Wondreb Depression . The Muglbach runs west of the summit .
