The Muglbach (Czech Mohelský potok , also Mohelenský potok ) is a right tributary of the Wondreb in Germany and the Czech Republic . It flows in a north-westerly direction, in the northern part of the Upper Palatinate Forest in the Tirschenreuth district and in the Okres Cheb . The waterfall just before the desert Muglmühle is worth seeing .
geography
course
The Muglbach rises at the Wüstung Nove Mohelno ( Neumugl ) in the hallways of Stara Voda ( backwater ) on the southwest slope of the 865 meters high Čupřina ( Schopf Berg ), close to the German-Czech border. Over a length of around 15 kilometers, it meanders through the Neualbenreuther Frais in many turns . The last three kilometers it runs on Czech territory until it flows into the Odrava ( Wondreb ) behind the village of Starý Hrozňatov ( Altkinsberg ) .
Although it is only about 19 kilometers long, the Muglbach used to drive almost half a dozen water mills .
